This double wide mobile home is being sold as-is, with all furnishings included as pictured.  Features include:

Master suite with newer flooring, has an attached full bath, 2 mirrored closets, plenty of room for a king size bed, coastal style bedroom set included (bed, mattress set, 2 night stands, chest of drawers, dresser with mirror).  

2nd bedroom with double closet, built in storage, and full bathroom across the hall.  Bath has a shower, vanity area, and storage.  There is also a linen closet in the hall.

Kitchen includes a good modern Whirlpool refrigerator, French door style with freezer at the bottom.  The laundry is in the kitchen area also, and washer and dryer are included.  The kitchen has an older double oven, separate stove top, under counter microwave, and built in dishwasher.  

Dining room has built in storage and buffet, with table and 6 chairs included as pictured.  There are some dishes and silverware, cookware, etc., and other useful items in the home to help you settle in.  By and large, otherwise, all cabinets and closets are empty and everything is clutter free.

How to bid:  This website handles competing bids in this way: the clock will extend by 15 seconds if a bid is placed in the final 15 seconds.  Extra time will be given in this way until all bidding has stopped and the clock counts down to zero.  We do not recommend waiting to bid until the final few seconds and possibly missing out.  Things can happen online, with your computer, your internet connection, and other factors that can cause lag and if you risk waiting until the last seconds you can miss the bid, the auction will close and the auction will not reopen.  Waiting to bid in the last seconds is at your own risk.  You may place your highest and best offer at any time by using the green box, and you can also raise this amount by bidding again.  When the clock counts down and no further bids are received, the auction ends.

When the auction ends, the auction company will contact the family to determine if the bid is acceptable.  If accepted, the auctioneer will meet with the buyer to complete a purchase agreement.  The successful bidder will be required to make a $1,000 deposit with the balance due at closing.  If the successful bidder is not park approved or fails to close within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited to the seller as damages.
