The property is being sold with an UNSPECIFIED Reserve regardless of the bid box stating "no reserve".  Simply stated, the family will earnestly consider the final bid price, whatever the amount.  Please contact the auctioneer if you do not understand what a reserve is, if you have any questions about this website, or any questions pertaining to this property.  The auction estimate is the opinion of the auction company only.  It is not an indication of a price that the family is committed to accept.  It should not be considered an official appraisal.  Note: A 10% buyer's premium applies to the bid.

When the auction ends, the auction company will contact the family to determine if the bid is acceptable.  If accepted, the auctioneer will meet with the buyer to complete a purchase agreement.  The successful bidder will be required to make a $1,000 deposit with the balance due at closing.  If the successful bidder is not park approved or fails to close within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited to the seller as damages.
